Companies can participate in the LSO Mentorship Program in one of two ways:

• Encourage staff to participate as a mentor and/or protégé
• Sponsor the program

By participating in the Program, companies will be able to:

• Access to a larger talent pool
• Transfer of new skills into the workplace
• Knowledge of potential new talent and their background
• Brand exposure within the industry
• Improve the company image in the community
• Increase the community awareness of the company mission
• Improve community relations and public image
